Website redesign or rebuild. Ad management of any kind. Social media management. Content beyond what's listed above. Photography or video. Ongoing monthly work — that's the retainer. Anything on a platform I can't get admin access to.
Anything outside that list gets a separate written quote before it happens. You will never get a surprise invoice from me, and I will never quietly do extra work and hope you notice.
